The great thing with Tommy Trinder, it is doing certainly half the job for you. It's made my job 50% easier. The sort of response from customers, they can't believe it initially. They say “What? You can do that?” And then when you sit down at their dining table and start drawing out this window, they nearly fall off their chair!

I'm Stuart Miller. I'm a sales advisor at Bill Butters Windows. I've been using Tommy Trinder for three years, and it's just changed my life. It's just saved me so much time - easily a couple of hours a day – easy! It’s saved me a lot of questions from the customers, won me a lot more jobs. It's actually quite fun to use, you know, playing around, using it on the tablet - you draw your window, casement, what size opening, the sizes, the colour - add this in, take that away. It's all just there in front of you.

What we can offer with Tommy Trinder that we couldn't offer before, if somebody wanted to change the colour of their windows or their front door, we can take a picture of the front of the house and crop that window and that door onto their property so they can visualise what that grey window would look like or that grey door. That is a game changer, that is!

It is definitely selling half the job for you there and then. It's helped us to, A) get more sales, but B) be able to convert those sales probably a lot quicker and easier. It's minimising a lot of the questions, so they're seeing the window. They know that they want that colour, they've seen that it's got that handle. They've visually seen the window and they say, “well, I like it, we can do it, we'll say yes”, you've got the upper-hand straight away. Well it's a nice feeling as well, obviously, to have a customer be amazed and say positive things. It obviously makes you feel good as well, doesn't it? I enjoy my job, but I probably enjoy more now! From my point of view, as a salesman, if you're really busy and you're up against it on time, just anything that is gonna make your life simpler, easier and save you more time yourself, then it's perfect.
