If anybody's thinking of taking Framepoint on, you shouldn't even give it a second thought. You should be there, get it installed, start using it because it is absolutely amazing.

Having Framepoint brings you onto a different level. It makes you look more professional and it makes you want to be more professional. Fabricators’ lead times is always an issue with windows, with Framepoint, you've only got to go back and do your initial survey, and then you can send it off for an order, which saves you time redrawing it out again.

The speed of doing a quote is key. You try and minimise the time you're in the office and spend more time doing what I'm good at and making the job look good. The feedback's been amazing - Framepoint is a virtual showroom. They can see the quality of the quote, the quality of the products, everything. You don't need to take out the sample windows. You don't need to take out the handles, you don't need to take out the glass. It's all there. They can see it, they can design it.

It's the visualisation that that counts and Framepoint’s visualisation is just amazing, absolutely amazing. Having the remote selling on the system, that's fantastic. If we go into lockdown again, which we might possibly do, you're minimising the time you're in people's houses.
