My name’s Philip Barber - Watchet Glass and Glazing. We've been trading just over 25 years. With Framepoint, every process is in one platform, from the very initial enquiry right through to the contract phase. It's very clean, very easily understood for the customer, the installers and the processors.
The visualisation tool from Framepoint is fantastic. Quite often you would pay a home visit, you may spend half an hour with them, you'll send out your quotation and it'd be the last you hear. With the visualisation tool, you can enter into that extra bit of conversation. They can discuss different colours, maybe a different style, and that just keeps everything going and keeps us all talking. They're engaging with us rather than somebody else.
We have a huge range of products. With Framepoint, you can design a window or a door in front of the customer using the different product lines to try and help them achieve what it is they're looking for, but also to help you try to upsell slightly to something a little bit more in keeping with the property perhaps.
It's a strange world we're living in at the moment and I really do see the remote selling from Framepoint being a bonus. Not everybody wants us to sit in their front room for half an hour, an hour, discussing windows and doors. So to be able to do that with the homeowners in the comfort, their own front room and still be able to present the products nicely and pick out the handles and the hardware. It's going to be a real bonus - a real bonus.
I'm no IT Guru - in fact, I can hardly use Facebook, but I found that using Framepoint, within an hour of just simply playing, we can use every tool on the app. So incredibly easy for myself and my staff.
I think Framepoint really helps us level the playing field by A. giving us cost savings, but equally, when you're able to present a quotation beautifully and nicely, you're putting yourself as a business above the rest.
If Framepoint could do anything for us that it can't do at present, it would be, um… I'm trying to think of something witty and I can't!
