Change a Georgian bar or we can add bars into the doors, change the colour quickly. Obviously the customers are impressed with it.

With Framepoint in it really helps to eliminate any mistakes because obviously you're seeing the windows per item, per room. So you put in the kitchen window and it will show the window, bars in it if it's got any, inside and out with all the details of the window - exactly how it looks when you buy it. And then obviously you've got the visualiser, so the kitchen window will be in the kitchen space. So you'll see how it looks fitted. You are showing exactly what you are selling.

It prices in real time, so it's very quick to use while I'm sat there with a customer, having a cup of coffee, we can just price it there and then - it takes two minutes to format a quote, and they know that you're on it. You can just change it instantly, so there's no hesitation - there's no going back to the office and changing your stuff and checking it - you can do it straight away, and a lot of things with business is getting it done straight away.

It comes as a whole package. I think it doesn't really matter whether it's a sole trader, but also if you're a bigger company, your staff, salesman, surveyors can all pinpoint back to one system where all the information is and obviously all the processing, it goes straight to the factory. So yeah, it's really good, very flexible, easy to use - we can do quotes very quickly, very professional looking for our customers, good value for money.

I definitely wouldn't be without it. So yeah, I definitely highly, highly recommend it.
