Being able to get quotes out quickly is super important. The business has just exploded in the last 12 to 18 months. Everybody is so busy right now - you go to other companies, they can take days or weeks to get back to you with a quotation because they have so many quotes to write.

What's nice about Framepoint is, because you can bang out quotes really quickly, you don't have to keep your customers waiting. I can get quotes out, even big ones, with significant speed using Framepoint software. It's great!

The ease of use, the time it saves - I can't really put a price on it. It's paid for itself already. Framepoint makes it all simple. It really does. If we have someone come in, for example, and say “I want windows in my house”, and you sit there and you build a window right in front of them, you can get their immediate feedback right there and, honestly, they're amazed by it.

You can take a photo of the house, superimpose the windows right onto the photograph and show them what their house is going to look like with the new windows in it. It's great! I don't know of any other software package that can do this, but Framepoint does it. I think a lot of our customers have never seen anything like this either. A lot of people, I think, they are using the two-dimensional software where you’ve just got a flat image. This just raises it right up and changes everything because you can provide them with a quotation that gives them a summary page for all of their windows and then it breaks it down page-by-page showing them in detail what they're going to get - a nice close-up drawing where you can see outside and inside. You can see details right down to the handles, trickle vents, everything.

The software you were used to use didn't do that. Framepoint does, so it adds that extra level of customer service, which gives you a huge edge over your competitors. Despite the fact that it's very easy to use, there's a lot of options that are available. It's very complex in what it can do, but it's very easy to use. You can pick everything up and be an expert in about a week.

The developers have made it very user-friendly, so it's not intimidating at all. I would highly recommend Framepoint to anybody. The Framepoint software is having a massive impact. We really love it, and because it's easy to use, it makes it fun, really!
